Ground and character problem

I'm using unity to dev a game like gunbound , and i have a problem that i can't control character like i want , in this position it's my character doesn't step the foot in the ground , i want to ask , there it's any tool or script in unity can do this ? http://imageshack.com/a/img208/5640/2u95.png
